Cancellation Policy:
Once placed, we cannot cancel orders.  Please review your order details and address carefully.

LC Boards orders usually ship out the following business day. Occasionally, it may be as long as 3 business days. Shipping timelines are based on the day the order leaves our warehouse.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders do not ship out on weekends or holidays.

Tracking information will be automatically sent to your email when your order ships, so make sure to include it when placing your order.

Any estimate for time is just an estimate. We do not guarantee delivery on a specific day.

We ship from Washington state in the United States

International Shipping
International shipping usually takes between 1-4 weeks to arrive. That time estimate comes from the US Postal Service.  However, some orders are taking over a month, depending on the country.

Packages often get held up in customs and require information or fees paid to let them in and be delivered. If you're experiencing a long delay, please check this first. After we have dropped off the package, it is out of our control, and we are not responsible for any additional fees or customs issues.

Duties, Taxes and Other Fees:
Duties, taxes, and other fees are determined by the agency at the destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. if the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned, and we will not be able to refund the order unfortunately.

Shipping Issues
If a package is stolen or lost, unfortuntely, there is nothing we can do.  We suggest you contact your local post office.

If the tracking number shows the package as delivered, we cannot refund or replace the order.

We ship to the exact address given to us when ordering and are not responsible if given the wrong address by the customer.

If the mail system sends a package back (Return to Sender) saying the address doesn't exist or there is an issue with it, we will contact the customer via email and request an additional shipping fee to resend it to the correct address. The package cannot be resent if we don't hear back within one week.

Note that if you choose to refund your order after getting it sent with the wrong address there will be a small refund fee.
